Thanks

Thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes. I've been trying to get back to everyone that called, but have been going about it rather slowly. My 24th birthday was quite enjoyable. My family took me to brunch after church, and Molly (the gf) took me to a fancy restaurant for dinner and the best pork chop I've had in my life. I also got scrubs season 4 on DVD, so the obsession continues.

My semester ended last Tuesday, which was great because I don't think I could have brought myself to write anymore papers (I wrote 54 pages in one week). I though grad schools were just places where you went to get a degree so people would pay you more. I didn't realize that it would be work too.

I hope all of you are getting your Christmas shopping done. I've only got a couple more things to pick up, and then I'm finished. Spending the holidays with the family and Molly, but Christmas isn't nearly as exciting when you have to work the week before and the week after (boo real world).

Ted, I'm glad to hear that your first semester was a success. I need to see some video of this karaoke. Pat, congrats on the woman. I haven't done the creepy facebook friending yet, but I'll get there.

Merry Christmas,
Peace out,

Chris

I'll be calling Axford and Sam tonight after work, so you better be anxiously awaiting my call.

Happy Birthday...

I tried calling you jerk but you must be making fine music with the lady friend.

Give me a shout back when you can.

Happy Birthday Christopher!

Vacation

At least the title works for those of us still in school.. sorry for you guys with jobs. I finally finished, and passed, my first semester after having an exam or two every week and two weeks of finals. If you check facebook pictures you can see that I still find time maybe once a week to go out and make an ass of myself doing karaoke and what not.

I agree with Chris that somebody does need to get married soon. Judging by my recent luck, or lack thereof, with women I don't think it will be me. To answer your question Jonathan, there have been new ladies, but nothing has worked out. Dating sucks. Back to weddings, though, my sister got engaged, and it is the same guy who a few of you met at Purdue if you can remember that. By the way Pat, who is the new girlfriend?

I almost forgot to say that I am now putting my student loan money to good use for another fun ship cruise to the Caribbean. I'm going on spring break with some classmates from Fort Lauderdale to the Bahamas, Grand Caymen, and Costa Maya, Mexico. If any of you would actually be free for a week on March 11th, you can still get in for a discount.

That's all I have, but I expect more stories posted soon from Christmas and New Year's parties.

Merry Christmas everyone, and somebody keep the blog going.
Ted

Wow

Pat,

Your story seemed like something straight of Dukes of Hazzard (or some show about the South being a lawless region). I'm glad you are still alive and not in prison or anything. I wish I could see footage of the car roll.

My life is now pretty much been simplified to writing papers, working, and going to class. The next two weeks are finals for me, which is all paper writing. I've written more this semester than any semester at Notre Dame, which is rough with work, Notre Dame games, and a girlfriend. Everything continues to go well with Molly. We've been dating for almost 4 months now.

I can't really tell any stories that can compare to Pat's wild evening. My drunken nights have been cut down considerably. I think it has something to do with me not getting fat yet. I am going to a weeding today, so maybe I'll have some stories after that. Speaking of weddings, one of you guys really needs to get married. From the looks of Sam's facebook pictures, I nominate him. I would nominate Sundy, but I am not flying to Africa for any wedding. I'm guessing that if we pressure Sam enough, he'll totally do it. By the way, what did you have for Thanksgiving dinner? A Soy Turkey?

Well, sorry for the boring post, but I agreed with Pat that the action needed to pick up on the blog. The feedburner update thing seems to be working again (I don't know why it stopped), so that should help.

Back to writing papers,
Chris

Oh- one exciting story: I got to take the company laptop and projector home this weekend and totally watched Star Wars on it. 80 inches of Carrie Fisher in a metal bikini. What more could you ask for.
