A. The general rule of thumb is to try to estimate how much your meal will cost, or generally between $65 and $150 per person. If you brought a date, you both should contribute to a larger gift. If you simply canÂ’t afford this much, then give the nicest gift that you can.
I'm pretty sure Alissa isn't having some black tie lobster tail wedding, so I figure anywhere between $50-$100 would be perfectly acceptable, since our only dates are our right hands. If you have a real job (Sundy, Greg, and Anthony) I would guess you would probably give around $200-$250 (last comment was sarcasm). Blogs can be tricky for displaying emotion.
As for Pat's other question. I'll probably be in late Thursday or midday Friday. I'm pretty sure Sam is flying in Thursday night. Can't wait to see you all.
